Update on the SuperEasy website.

Dear members,

As you may have seen over the past few days, we’ve renovated the SuperEasy website. We haven’t just added a new coat of paint – we’ve modernised the entire structure to make it more user-friendly and resilient.

Our previous website was built several years ago and has served us well. But its functionality has not kept up with members’ needs, as highlighted by many of you in our member survey.

It also doesn’t meet the accessibility standards now required by the Government for public websites.

So, we’ve renovated a fair amount:
  • A new approach to our branding to better reflect our member-based organisation values.
  • News section for easy access to our latest presentations, webinars, newsletters and blogs.
  • Meet Us section so you can see who is running SuperEasy, from Governance through to the Admin team.
  • A consolidated page for quick links to our new Online Forms (this will grow as we continue to migrate more forms online), important documents and information.
  • More friendly navigation between schemes, and links to calculators from sorted.co.nz.
  • Easy access to help from the member services team – using an online form, email or phone.
Mobile phone – using PIN access

For members who use the mobile phone PIN access function, you will need to log in on your mobile phone with your username and password, then reset a new PIN by going to the “Update My Details” menu tab and clicking on the “Set Pin” button.

If you have any questions, concerns or need help logging in, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We know that after several years of using the former website getting used to change will take some time. But we truly believe the updated functionality and new look will make your life easier, help you find all the information you need faster, and provide a better experience in the long run.

In saying that, we’re always keen to hear your thoughts about how we might make it even better – so let us know what you think.

Chief Executive
